Antoinette Sandbach MP

Deputy Chair

Following on from a successful career as a Barrister, where she practised for 13 years specialising in Criminal Law, Antoinette was elected to the Welsh Assembly in 2011 to represent the North Wales Region.   

During her time as an Assembly Member Antoinette was appointed Shadow Rural Affairs Minister and in her final year Shadow Minister for the Environment. She had notable success speaking up for rural issues and fiercely championed the issues that most affected her constituents.   

In May 2015 Antoinette was elected as the Member of Parliament for Eddisbury. Since entering Parliament, Antoinette has served on the Welsh Affairs Committee, Energy and Climate Change Committee and latterly the Business Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee. 

In addition, she is an elected executive member of the backbench 1922 Committee and the Co-Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Baby Loss.
